ESTATE SALE (north Texas Dallas areas)

3 Friends' number one focus is home liquidation (estate sale) from start to broom-clean finish. Whether you want to sell every item or select items, 3 Friends takes care of all details for you.

INDEPENDENT-ASSISTED SENIOR LIVING RELOCATION, MOVE & ESTATE SALE STREAM-LINED SERVICE

 3 Friends partners with Senior Space Shuttle to combine your relocation to senior housing AND the sale of home contents. Sheryl with Senior Space Shuttle with coordinate your move, help with space planning, pack your home, move, set up and unpack! 

When your move is complete 3 Friends comes in and organizes, stages and completes your estate sale.  One phone call handles both services

CONSIGNMENT

3 Friends accepts home consignment items on a case-by-case base. Let us know how we may help.

CLEAN-OUT SERVICE

For homes without enough items for a full home liquidation sale - or if selling your items is not right for your family. We will sort through all items in your home, separating personal items (photos and documents), items for sale or donation, recycling and trash and leave your home broom clean. Donation and trash services available.  

SENIOR LIVING MOVE-OUT or CLEAN-OUT

If your family member has passed or is leaving senior living or their retirement community for other reasons, 3 Friends will close out your unit. We will caringly sort through all belongings, separating personal items (photos and documents), items for donation, recycling and trash. We can arrange charity pick up, dispose trash & recycling and leave the space empty and broom clean. Items with value can be added to our next estate sale.

HOME ORGANIZATION & DECLUTTER
Home organization: closets, kitchens, home office - whatever you need. Has your home collected too much? Closets, shelves, or attic overflowing? Are you storing items for your kids or relatives? We do the work and follow your direction to sell, give to family, donate or store again.
